Redmark Digital proposes the development of a fully functional, professional, and modern website for C. Peebles Law Firm. The website will include the following key pages:

• Client Testimonials – Positive reviews from past clients to build trust and credibility. 

• Booking Forms & Buttons – Easy-to-use online booking forms and call-to-action buttons for clients to schedule consultations. 

• Chatbot Integration – A 24/7 chatbot to assist visitors with common questions and direct them to the appropriate service. 

• Multilingual Support – Website content available in Spanish, French, Arabic, and Chinese to accommodate non-English speakers. 

SEO Services 

Our SEO package includes: 

• Backlink profile creation 

• On-page & off-page SEO 

• Website issue fixes & updates 

• Schema markup implementation 

• Keyword Research  

 The SEO contract is for a duration of 90 days (3 months), starting from the date of signing the proposal. 

 

Contract Terms 

We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations. However, it’s important to have a written agreement outlining responsibilities, timelines, and procedures in case issues arise. This contract is designed to be transparent and straightforward. 

Agreement Overview 

Catherine Peebles is hiring Redmark Digital  to: 

• Designed and developed the website www.cpeebleslaw.com for $4,500 and provided SEO services for $1,000/ Month to enhance online visibility and search engine ranking. The step fee will be included in the invoice. 

 

Responsibilities 

Client Responsibilities: 

• Provide necessary assets and information promptly in the required formats. 

• Review and approve work in a timely manner. 

• Adhere to the payment outlined in this contract 

• All documents, photos, and videos provided must belong to the client to avoid any copyright issues. 

Redmark Digital Responsibilities: 

• Deliver professional and timely services. 

• Maintain confidentiality of client-provided materials. 

• Meet agreed-upon deadlines. 

 

Project Details 

Design 

• We create responsive and adaptable designs using HTML, CSS, and WordPress (WP). 

• Client will have opportunities to review work via Zoom , Google Drive, or a development site. 

• If the project direction changes mid-development, additional fees will be incurred. 

Content & Graphics 

• Our team will create three blog articles and develop all website content using high-quality stock images and videos, complemented by professionally crafted copy from our writers.  

• If she wishes to incorporate her own professional videos and photos, she must provide the necessary materials. 

• If our client is seeking customized professional photography or videography, our expert team is available to provide these services at an additional rate of $300 per hour for each service. 

 

Technical Aspects 

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: We develop clean, functional pages using modern web standards. 

• Browser & Mobile Testing: We test on major desktop browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera) and mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome). 

Technical Support & Hosting 

• We do not provide hosting services, but we can recommend reliable hosting providers if our client does not have one. 

 

• SEO services are included, though ranking improvements can take time, depending on the industry. We recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure optimal results and a stronger return on investment. 

Changes & Revisions 

• The cancellation fee will be 50% of the total cost after the project has started and the contract has been signed. 

• The client is responsible for renewing the domain name and hosting annually.  

• We offer 6 months of free website maintenance following the launch. 

• Social media Managment  services, PPC ads or Any ads are not included. 

• Citation or NAP are not included. 

Legal & Intellectual Property 

• Client guarantees rights to all provided materials. 

• Redmark Digital retains intellectual property rights over prior and separately developed assets. 

• Upon payment, intellectual property rights of the website are transferred to the client. 

Miscellaneous 

• This contract is governed by the laws of North Carolina. 

• Both parties must agree to amendments in writing. 

This document serves as a legally binding agreement between Redmark Digital and C. Peebles Law Firm. By signing, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
