Proposal Overview

This proposal outlines the creation of a five-page website for Perfection Construction. The website will include the following pages:

• Home Page
• About Us
• Projects
• Served Areas
• Contact Us

All pictures, videos, and content will be generic placeholders until the owner provides original company materials, including before-and-after images and videos of previous projects.

Design & Functionality

• The website will be designed using a three-color scheme: black, red, and white (modifiable upon request).
• Necessary plugins will be added to enhance user experience and ensure easy navigation.
• The following features will be integrated:
  • Language switcher and call plugin for accessibility.
  • Yoast SEO plugin for basic search optimization (does not include full SEO services).
  • Before-and-after gallery plugin for showcasing project transformations.
  • Booking icons and contact forms for easy inquiries and service requests.
• The website will be fully responsive, ensuring optimal performance on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices for the best user experience.

 

Domain & Branding

• The owner will provide the domain name (perfectionconstructionnc.com) purchased through GoDaddy.
• The existing company logo will be retained.

 

Exclusions

This proposal does not include the following services:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services beyond the installation of the Yoast plugin.
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising or other forms of digital marketing.
• Social media content creation or management.
  • Social media icons for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok will be added to the website, but the creation and management of these accounts will be billed separately.

 

Agreement & Acceptance

This contract is made between Redmark Digital and Perfection Construction Owner . By signing your name and approving this contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
